ALUSB MASTER OF MANAGEMENT (MM) UPDATE
The Master of Management Programme was designed for a demographic that our programmes have not addressed so far—young, brilliant Africans who already have a bachelor’s degree but do not have the work experience needed to enrol in our EMBA programme. The calibre of talent in this demographic has both impressed us and reinvigorated our determination to work towards — offering a world-class education that is within the reach of most young Africans.
Following our engagement with this demographic, we have come to the conclusion that the programme, unfortunately, remains inaccessible to most young Africans. As a result of this feedback, we have made the difficult decision not to offer the Master of Management programme.
This decision does not affect our flagship EMBA programme.
We would like to thank our partners, collaborators and team members for their work towards developing the MM programme.
We have put together some commonly asked questions below regarding this decision.

affordability and accessibility. Based on the feedback we have received through engagement
with applicants, we have concluded that, in its current state, the MM programme is out of
reach for most young people. This conclusion has led us to decide not to offer the
programme.
