Post-Graduate
This Post-graduate Program is a 1-year program that offers high-quality education to enhance the leadership capabilities of leaders and managers through practical knowledge and a blended learning model that allows them to:
- Apply fundamental concepts of leadership at individual, team, and organizational levels,
- Cultivate the ability to solve complex problems; and
- Develop the capacity to inspire creativity and innovation in others.
At the end of the program, the leaders and managers will be able to identify leadership traits necessary for personal growth and leadership paradigms, transcend traditional forms of building effective teams, and adopt the skillset for strategic thinking in an ever-changing environment.
Upon completing the one-year programs, students are awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in “Strategic Leadership and Management” offered by ALU School of Business.
