MM FAQs

You’ve got questions?

There is a good chance you will find the answers here.

Do I need work experience to join the mm programme?

The MM programme targets young professionals and graduates with little to no experience who are aiming to launch their careers at top companies or switch to business roles from another field. Please click here to find out more about the admission requirements.

HOW DIFFERENT IS AN MM PROGRAMME FROM AN MBA PROGRAMME?

MBA programmes are for more experienced professionals with several years of experience, who seek a more strategic step in their careers with increased leadership responsibility. The key similarity between the two programmes is that they are both postgraduate business and management programmes that are designed to hone hard, soft and leadership skills.

Both masters programmes require an undergraduate degree in order to be able to apply.

CAN I PURSUE AN MBA AFTER THE MM?

Yes you can - if you would like to gain a more strategic level of understanding, specifically in General Management. However, you will need to have gained 5+ years of professional experience to apply to the ALUSB MBA.

CAN I UNDERTAKE THE PROGRAMME ON A PART-TIME BASIS?

No, the programme is currently offered in a blended model where the first 3 terms are in person. However, the final 10-20 weeks (depending on whether you choose to undertake an internship) are fully remote. Please click here to find out more about the programme structure.

CAN I ATTEND THE PROGRAMME WITH A NON-BUSINESS RELATED DEGREE?
